Hary Tanoesoedibjo

Indonesian citizen, born in Surabaya in 1965. He has served as President Commissioner of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. since September 30, 2016, by the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, set forth in the Deed of Meeting Decisions No. 70 dated 30 September 2016. Currently, he also serves as President Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. (since 2002), President Commissioner of PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk. (since 2006), and President Director of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (2003-2008 and 2010-present).

Being the founder of MNC Group he was instrumental in turning BMTR and MNCN as the leading media companies in Indonesia as he directly oversees and develops the strategy of the holding company as well as the subsidiaries.

Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Carleton University, Canada in 1988 and an MBA from Ottawa University, Canada in 1989 and regularly served as a speaker at various national and international media events, as well as lecturer in the form of general lecture in more than 150 universities covering entrepreneurship and the economy. He’s active in sports where he served as the general treasurer of KONI in 2003-2006 and is now the chairman of the Indonesian Futsal Federation.

Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo’s involvement in politics began in 2011 and started his own political party called PERINDO (Persatuan Indonesia) in October 2014, which he also serves as the chairman of the party. Only within a few years, he has made Perindo to become the fastest growing political party in Indonesia today.

There is a direct affinity between Mr. Hary Tanoesoedibjo and Mrs. Angela Herliani Tanoesoedibjo as family members.

 

Adam Chesnoff - Commissioner


Adam Chesnoff

An American citizen born in 1965, Mr. Adam Chesnoff has held the role of Commissioner for the Company based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 12 December 2011, and was formalized in the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 49 dated 12 December of the same year. Being both President and Chief Operating Officer of Saban Capital Group, Inc., Mr. Chesnoff is responsible for overseeing the Company’s investment and business activities, including private equity and public market investments.

Mr. Chesnoff also currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Univision and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Celestial Tiger Entertainment.

In addition, he co-formed and directed the investment group that acquired a controlling stake in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Germany’s largest television group. He formerly served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ProSiebenSat.1 (2003-2007).

Previously, Mr. Chesnoff spent 5 years at Fox Family Worldwide (FFWW) where he oversaw business development across all global divisions, including television channels, programming, production, international distribution and merchandising.

From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Chesnoff worked in the Business Affairs and Corporate Development groups at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Columbia Pictures, where he focused on strategic planning, financial analysis, deal structuring and new business development in the Motion Picture and Television divisions.

Mr. Chesnoff is a graduate of UCLA’s Anderson School of Business (MBA, 1994).

 

Drs. Sutanto - Independent Commissioner


Drs Sutanto

An Indonesian citizen born in 1950, Drs. Sutanto has served as Independent Commissioner based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 12 December 2011, and was formalized in the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 49 dated 12 December of the same year. He has led a highly illustrious career in public service and among the distinguished positions he has held was Chief of Police for the Republic of Indonesia (2005-2008) and Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) (2009 - 2010). He graduated from the Republic of Indonesia’s National Police Academy, AKABRI (1973), Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (1983), Sus Jur Pa Rengar Hankam in Bandung (1986), Sespimpol, Lembang in Bandung (1990) and Lemhannas (2000).
