SINDOTV was launched as national network TV.
MNC Channels introduced MNC Home & Living and MNC Health & Beauty.
RCTI celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Soft launching Walk In Centre Play Media at MNC Plaza ground floor.
SINDO launched Koran Sindo in Manado.
MNC Health & Beauty launches exclusively on Channel 78.

2012

MNC distributed dividends of Rp35 per share for total value of Rp488.16 billion.
MNC International Ltd. transferred ownership of its entire investment in Linktone to Global Mediacom International Ltd.
MNC signed a credit and fiducia agreement with PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat & Banten, Tbk. (Bank BJB) in the amount of Rp300 billion to be used for investment.
MNC Comedy, MNC Drama, MNC Infotainment, MNC Movie, MNC Fashion, and Golf Channel were launched on Indovision.
Sindo Trijaya Networks expanded its network to Jambi, Ternate, Melawi, West Kalimantan and Bau Bau, Southeast Sulawesi.
SINDO FM was renamed to SINDO TRIJAYA FM.

2011

Saban Capital Group, a Los Angeles based private equity firm specializing in the media sector acquired a 5% minority stake in MNC with an option of an additional 2.5% interest within 27 months.
MNC’s SunTV network of local TV stations was rebranded and relaunched as SINDOTV.
MNC Networks’ “Trijaya FM” was relaunched as “SINDO Radio”.
MNC’s new 5-in-1 SINDO Media strategy was formally launched. The new strategy utilized multiple media platforms (TV, radio, print such as (newspaper &
magazine, and internet) to better target local audiences.
MNC launched a new channel called “MNC Muslim” which is built around the concept of Islamic values and lifestyles.
MNC launched “MNC Business English Program”.
MNC Sports1 and MNC Sports2 were launched.

2010

Linktone Ltd. acquired a controlling stake in Letang Game Ltd., a private company based in China specializing in mobile and on-line PC games.
MNC together with Linktone Ltd completed the acquisition for 75% ordinary shares of Innoform Media Pte Ltd’s share capital.
Supreme Court rejected the appeal for a judicial review by Crown Capital Global Limited (“CCGL”). The decision reaffirmed the Supreme Court’s ruling on 15th
December 2009 to nullify the decision made by the Commercial Court concerning the bankruptcy of TPI yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Niaga. (now called MNCTV). The appeal for a cessation to the Supreme Court was the final legal avenue for CCGL to claim bankruptcy against TPI. The Supreme Court’s
ruling effectively closed all possibilities of any future attempts by CCGL to file for the same legal proceedings against TPI.
Just For Kids magazine was launched.
TPI was re-branded as MNCTV on 20th October 2010.
MNC Networks launched V-Radio.

2009

Linktone Ltd and MNC’s VAS commence cooperation for digital services in Indonesia.
MNC’s daily newspaper Seputar Indonesia and tabloid Genie launched new logos and design layout.
MNC and six other well-known media companies in the Southeast Asia region formed the SMART Alliance, a community of regional media companies united to create and deliver commercial benefits for members.
The name of MNC’s headquarter was changed from “Menara Kebon Sirih” to “MNC Tower”.
MNC launched a new corporate logo.
MNC distributed dividend for fiscal year 2008 in the amount of Rp5 per share for a total dividend payment of Rp 68.15 billion.

2008

MNC’The ndonesian Channel (now called MNC International) was launched for Indonesian communities residing overseas.
RCTI fully settled its Rp220 billion outstanding bond. MNC distributed dividend in the amount of Rp 5 per share for a total dividend payment of Rp68.75 billion.

2007

MNC launched its first online media portal at www.okezone.com, a website specializing in news and entertainment.
MNC completed an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
MNC redeemed US$25 million out of the total outstanding of US$168 million Eurobond at a price of 101%.
MNC entered into an agreement with Linktone Ltd (NASDAQ: LTON), under which MNC, through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, will purchase not
less than 51% of Linktone’s outstanding shares using a combination of a tender offer for existing American Depository Shares (ADSs) and subscriptions for newly issued ordinary shares.

2006

MNC started commercial operations of Value Added Services (SMS Call TV).
After acquiring an exclusive agreement with VH-1, GlobalTV commenced broadcast of Nickelodeon childrens programming eight hours daily.
MNC News and MNC Entertainment was launched as 2 channels produced entirely by MNC’s Content Business and broadcasted on pay TV.
MNC Entertainment, a television channel produced entirely by MNC’s Content Business unit was launched on MSV’s Indovison – the Group’s subscription-based Satellite television service.
MNC acquired a 75% ownership in TPI (later to be renamed and relaunched as MNCTV in 2010).
MNC launched the tabloid Mom&Kiddie.
MNC BV issued a guaranteed secured bond to international investors with face value of US$168 million.
PT Media Nusantara Informasi was formed and Seputar Indonesia was launched.

Global TV changed its format from only broadcasting MTV programs to include a broader range of programing targetting the youth and family market segment.
MNC increased its ownership stake in Global TV to 100%.

acquisition by MNC in 2004.
