Jakarta, 7 June 2023 - The annual event, the biggest and proudest CSR award in Indonesia, namely the Top CSR Awards 2023, was held on Wednesday, 7 June 2023 at the Rafless Hotel Jakarta. The event was attended by more than 600 people from various circles, including CEOs/heads of companies from various sectors who won the award.

The theme for 2023 is "CSR Innovation Programs for Sustainable Business Growth". This means that CSR does not only provide social benefits for society and the environment, but CSR must be in line with business strategy, must support the achievement of business targets, so that company performance can continue to grow sustainably.

This annual awards event, which has been held since 2017, is organized by Top Business Magazine, in collaboration with a number of institutions.

Chair of the 2023 Top CSR Awards Organizer, M. Lutfi Handayani - who is also the Editor-in-Chief of Top Business magazine, said that, "The 2023 TOP CSR Awards activity was attended by 900 companies in Indonesia (long list of winning candidates). A total of 188 companies registered, and 174 companies took part in the complete assessment. This number has increased by 17.2% compared to 2022.

He said that the Top CSR Awards is an activity for assessing and giving awards in the highest CSR field, and God willing, the biggest and proudest in Indonesia, which is given to companies operating in Indonesia, which are considered successful in implementing CSR/TJSL/Community programs. Development, which is effective and quality.

"The TOP CSR Awards are not just an assessment and awarding activity, but contain many joint learning processes to improve the quality and effectiveness of the company's CSR," he said.

Chairman of the 2023 Top CSR Awards Jury, Mas Achmad Daniri, explained a number of important things regarding the assessment and judging process at the Top CSR Awards. First, he explained that the 2022 Top CSR Awards category for companies/organizations is classified into five Star Level levels, namely 1 Star to 5 Star.

"The level is determined based on a number of criteria," said Daniri

Also, there is an award in the Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2023 category. This is an award given to company leaders who are considered highly committed to supporting CSR policies and implementation in their companies.

There are several great companies that have received this prestigious award from state-owned companies, national private companies and other multi-national companies. One of them is the MNC Group which won 3 awards, namely Top CSR Awards 2023 4 Star, Top CSR Sector, Social and Environmental Care Program and Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2023.

Chairperson of MNC Peduli Jessica Tanoesoedibjo said that her party was grateful for the appreciation received.

Jessica further expressed her hopes for the award received by the MNC Group.
