ROSANO BARACK
Member

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1953. He has been serving as President Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom and President Director of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk.

He graduated in 1979 from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.


BETI PUSPITASARI SANTOSO
Member

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1959. She has been serving as Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk. She formerly served at Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia (1987-1995) with her last positions as Branch Leader, Associate Director of PT MNC Investama Tbk (1996-1999) and Director of PT MNC Investama Tbk (2000-2002). She also served as Committee Head of Indonesian Securities Companies Association (APEI) (2001-2005) and President Director of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (2002-2004). In 2004-2007, she served as Director of PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI), and again in 2009-2013, then she was Vice President Director of RCTI (2013-2014).
 
She earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Parahyangan University, Bandung in 1985.


INDRA PUDJIASTUTI PRASTOMIYONO

An Indonesian citizen, born in Surabaya in 1961. She has been serving as Director of PT Global Mediacom. She served as Commissioner of PT MVN Vision Networks Tbk (2019 – June 2024). Before joining MNC Group, she worked with Citibank Indonesia as Credit Risk & Operations Director and HR Director (2001 – 2008). She also served as Principal Consultant of Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC Indonesia) in 1997 – 2000 and as GM Learning & Development at PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. Previously, she served as a Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, United States in 1993 – 1994. In the beginning of her career, she served as Product Manager and R&D Manager at PT Kemfoods, Jakarta and continued as GM of Public Training Division at PPM Management Education Institute, Jakarta who actively participated as a speaker in various seminars including Leadership & Human Resources Management (HRM) held at universities or Public Forums till date.
 
She obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1992, majoring in Marketing, from Strathclyde Graduate Business School (SGBS) in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
 
She has passion in developing the young generations to grow and develop into effective leaders. She also active as Guest Speaker in various seminars to share her experiences on people management and leadership. She was awarded a number of appreciation for her expertise as a leader, among others in June 2022, she was awarded as “Best Wanita Inspiratif Perubahan 2022” by Seven Media Asia.

FAISAL DHARMA SETIAWAN
Member

Indonesian citizen, born in 1966. Faisal Dharma Setiawan joined MNC Group in 2014 as CFO of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk. Currently he serves as Director at PT MNC Televisi Indonesia (MNCTV) and PT Global Information Bermutu (GTV) as well as Coordinator CFO 3 FTA (RCTI, MNCTV & GTV). Before joining MNC Group, he served in various executive positions in various industries, namely Vice Chief Finance Officer for Strategy and Finance PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (2009-2012), Commissioner of PT Asuransi CIGNA (2009-2011), Commissioner of PT CIMB Sunlife (2009-2012), Assistant General Manager of PT Indo Kordsa Tbk (2000-2009) and Director of Pension Funds at Indo Kordsa (1996-2009). He obtained a Master of Management degree in International Business from the Postgraduate Management School of Prasetya Mulya University in 2003 and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1990.
