An Indonesian citizen, born in 1969. Noersing has served as President Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since August 31, 2021, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in the Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 88 dated August 31, 2021.

Currently, he also serves as President Director of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (June 2023 – present), Chief Executive Officer PT Asia Media Productions (June 2023 – present), Managing Director at RCTI (January 2020 – present) and Production Director at RCTI, MNCTV, GTV, and Digital (2017 – present). In addition, he also serves as Commissioner of MNCTV (October 2022 – present).

Previously, he served as President Commissioner of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (2018 – November 2022), Managing Director at MNCTV (2015 – Oktober 2022), President Director at iNews TV (PT Sun Televisi Network) (2016–2017), Executive Director at PT Indopoly Swakarsa Industry Tbk and PT Supernova (2014–2015), President Director and Chief Executive Officer of Omni Hospitals Group (PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk) (2010-2014), President Director of PT Bank Commonwealth (2008–2009), Director of Sales and Services of PT Bank Commonwealth (2006-2007), Chief Financial Officer of PT Bank Commonwealth (2003–2005), Chief Financial Officer of KIA Ceramics Group of Companies (2000–2003), Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of The Lion Group Indonesia Region (1995–1999), and Associate Manager of Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned a Master of Business Administration at Monash University, Melbourne in 2000 and a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta in 1991.

KANTI MIRDIATI IMANSYAH
Vice President Director

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1966. Kanti Mirdiati Imansyah has served as Vice President Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since August 31, 2021, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in the Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 88 dated August 31, 2021. Previously, she served as the Company’s Director as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in the Deed of Meeting Resolution No. 139 dated April 29, 2013. She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Company’s business operations.

A very seasoned television advertising professional, she started her career as an Account Executive (AE) at PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI) in 2000. A year later, she joined Trans TV but rejoined RCTI in 2022 as Head of Acquisition. In 2003, she joined TV7 as AVP Sales & Marketing. Her brilliant career in the advertising sales in the television industry has brought her back to the Company to become Sales and Marketing Director of PT Cipta Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia (MNCTV) in 2006. She returned to RCTI as Managing Director in 2010. She has been serving as CEO of RCTI since 2018, as well as Co-Managing Director at RCTI+ & Metube from 2020. Currently, she also serves as Vice President Director of PT MNC Digital Entertaiment Tbk (June 2023-present).

She graduated from IFS San Diego, USA in 1989 with an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising. In the same year, she got a Bachelor of Science from La Jolla Academy of Advertising Arts in San Diego, United States.

VALENCIA HERLIANI TANOESOEDIBJO
Director

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1993. Valencia Herliani Tanoesoedibjo has served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since August 31, 2021, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 88 dated August 31, 2021.

Valencia Herliani Tanoesoedibjo earned a Master of Arts in Communication Management, University of Technology, Sydney in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts – in English Literature & Film Studies, from the University of Sydney in 2012.

Currently, she also serves as Commissioner of PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk (2022 – present), Managing Director of RCTI+ (2019 – present), Managing Director of GTV (2019 – present), Director of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MNC Pictures; Star Media Nusantara; Starhits; Hits Records) (2017 – present), Chief Executive Officer of PT Nusantara Sarana Outlet (The F Thing) (2017 – present), Chief Executive Officer of PT Produser Pangan Asia (2016 – present), and as Director of MNC Digital Indonesia (2015-present).

RUBY PANJAITAN
Director

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1969. Ruby Panjaitan has served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, as decided in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 26, 2018 and stated in Deed No. 19 dated August 7, 2018. Currently he also serves as Director of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, Commisioner of PT Nusantara Vision, President Commissioner of PT Mediacitra Indostar, Commissioner of PT MNC Televisi Network, President Commissioner of PT MNC Aladin Indonesia, and Commissioner of PT Infokom Elektrindo.

He served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Informasi (2008-2009), Director of PT MNC Televisi Indonesia (2009-2018), and Director of PT MNC Televisi Network (2017 – 2018). Previously, he has more than 12 years of simultaneous experience in Deloitte Touche Tomatsu Auditing Firm Indonesia.

He holds a Masters in Management (MM/MBA) from IPMI International Business School Indonesia, after earning a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of North Sumatra.

He is registered as a member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. He holds an Indonesian Chartered Account (CA) and State Register of Accountants (RNA) certificates, Australia Fellow Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), and Asean CPA. He also holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and an Associated Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA, United Kingdom). He is also registered as a member of the Association of Indonesian Tax Lawyers and Advocates.

DINI ARYANTI PUTRI
Director

Indonesian citizen, born in 1976. Dini Aryanti Putri has served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since August 31, 2021, which was decided based on the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 88 dated August 31, 2021.

Believing that the world of broadcasting in Indonesia will still develop a lot, after graduating from high school, she decided to take a Media Production (HND) education at Salford University and continued with Media Studies (BA. Hons) University of Westminster.

She has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners and other members of the Board of Directors.


TANTAN SUMARTANA
Director

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1972. Tantan Sumartana has served as Director of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk since August 31, 2021, as decided in the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and stated in Deed No. 88 dated August 31, 2021. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Company's business operations, especially those related to sales and marketing.

Currently, he also serves as Director of PT MNC Digital Entertaiment Tbk (MSIN) (August 2022-present) and Managing Director of MNCTV (August 2022-present).
