Jakarta, 29 May 2024: The 2024 TOP CSR Awards have been given to a number of leading companies from various business sectors in Indonesia (29 May 2024) at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta. This award is a continuation from previous years since 2016, and was held by TopBusiness Magazine in collaboration with a number of other CSR study institutions.

Nearly 1,000 companies in Indonesia participated in the TOP CSR Awards 2024 activity, of which 152 companies took part in the complete assessment.

In this event, MNC Group received two award categories, namely TOP CSR Awards 2024 # Star 5 and Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2024 to Executive Chairman of MNC Group Hary Tanoesoedibjo.

Chairman of the TOP CSR Awards 2024 Organizer, M. Lutfi Handayani, MM., MBA said that the theme chosen for 2024 is 'CSR & ESG Innovation Programs for Sustainable Business Growth', or 'CSR and ESG Program Innovations that can support sustainable growth of the company's business'.

This theme also aims to encourage companies to implement ESG and CSR by adopting ISO 26000 SR and ESG. Companies need to be more responsible for the impacts resulting from business operations. "If this responsibility is carried out, then many socio-economic problems in Indonesia will be resolved by themselves," said Lutfi, who is also the Editor-in-Chief of TopBusiness Magazine.

Lutfi said that the TOP CSR Awards is the activity of assessing and giving awards in the highest CSR field, and God willing, the biggest and proudest in Indonesia, which is given to companies operating in Indonesia, which are considered successful in implementing CSR/TJSL/Community programs. Chairman of the 2024 TOP CSR Awards Jury, Dr. Mas Achmad Daniri explained a number of important things regarding the assessment and judging process at the TOP CSR Awards 2024. First, he explained that the TOP CSR Awards 2024 award categories for companies/organizations were classified into five levels of Star Level, namely Star 1 to Star 5.

Then, there is the Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2024 category award. "This is an award given to company leaders who are considered highly committed to supporting CSR policies and implementation in their companies," explained Daniri.
